ABOUT
Our God's Hands program is made up of two main activities to help the homeless community: donations to local shelters (God's Hands I), and hot meals delivered directly to the homeless (God's Hands II). The God’s Hands I program helps the shelters by donating items such as personal hygiene and children’s activity items. A list of needs will be posted here every month. The items will be collected by the end of the month and delivered to the shelters at that time. Items may be dropped off at our Church, Saturday mornings between 9:30 am and 12:30 pm. The God's Hands II program provides cooked meals delivered directly to homeless persons in our community. The meals are delivered every other Friday afternoon between 5 pm and 7 pm.
The Mobile Food Pantry is a traveling "grocery store" with fresh produce, canned, frozen and boxed foods, frozen meats and dairy products, available to the community at no cost. The Mobile Food Pantry is sponsored by the EACSM- Eagle Adventist Community Services; the Idaho Food Bank and the TEFAP - Temporary Emergency Food Assistance Program.
